Well this entry will be in green to honour Jiaying as yesterday was her birthday. The whole class celebrated with her on monday. Sam, Liza, Ana, Rev and myself bought her a cake and we called up the whole class to come and celbrate it with us. It was a pretty successful celebration, right Jiaying?
This entry is going to be pretty long btw.
1) Chelsea are through to the quarter finals of the champions League! yeee---ha! im super delighted. we beat Barca 4-2 and that makes an aggregate of 5-4 to us. however the last goal by John Terry was said to be a controversial one. Carvanlho was seen blocking the barca 'keeper. But dont know if it's accidentally though. The papers said that it was part of mourinho's plan. oh well..i guess he will do just anything to secure a win. but whatever it is, the match was super exciting and entertaining. Chelsea scored 3 goals in the first 20 minutes. I whough we got it for sure until Ronaldinho scored a penalty (as a result of Fereira's hand ball) and scored a superb goal several minutes later. that makes it 3-2(agg 4-4) to us for the first half. if the score stays that way, barca would have gone through due to the away goal rule.So the chelsea players came to the 2nd half knowing that they have to score in order to keep their champions league dream alive. And scored they did. Captain John Terry headed Duff's cross straight to the net. Controversial or not...the refree still accepted it. Long story short: Chelsea are through!
2)I had my Cell Biology and Basic Microbiology practical test today. The cellB one was pretty tough 'coz i didnt get to complete the microscopy part and i kinda gave up on the calculation part. blurghhh...! But Bmic wasnt too bad. It was pretty fun. i was humming to Peterpan's song while doing it.lol. was pretty relaxed lah. but the streak plate part was quite tough.
I also got back the CSAS2 marks for formal presentation and Lab report. The marks i got for lab report is way better than i expected. So here's my speech: i gotta thank Gay(my lab report partner) for doing a great job and also Liza for helping in some of the editing. oh ya and also sam for giving me pointers. without u guys, this will not be possible. Totally appreciate it =) the formal presentation marks i got was not that bad either. I am satisfied overall.
Oh ya...and u know what else happened today?? I finally get to see boxer guy! I think i may need a daily dosage of Boxerguyotics. (Farhana will be rolling her eyes and Liza will probably say "haiyah..this girl" when they read this). Yupp, it may just be an infactuation and it is definitely one sided but please please dont burst the bubble yet. let me dream for at least a few more days.okay?Thank you.
