What's with everyone?

I realised that nowdays there's more and more anti-chelsea people. i also realised that they are mostly Manchester United fans. So why do people hate chelsea all of a sudden? I mean they used to be such a low profile team and i thought people are suppose to dislike ManU, not us. (no offense to manU fans). So since i am quite free, im gonna list down some reasons why people might dislike chelsea FC. Is it because :
1) they are now sitting comfortably at no.1 in the EPL?
2) they have won the carling cup and are still eligible for 2 more cups?
3) they happen to have a rich owner and have the money to buy any player they wish?
4) there are alot of controversy involving Chelsea?
5) of the manager (i personally think the manager is really intelligent and he has this connection with the players. i mean which other manager would go out to the field to congratulate their players after every match? So what if he appears arrogant? The important thing is that he delivers his job.)

Okayy...thats all i can think of right now. I think its mainly due to reason 4. theres even this headline which says " Chelsea: Champs or Cheat?" Its too harsh to be calling us cheat but oh well..everyone is entitled to their own opinion so i respect that.
