Read this somewhere:

"The referee said that Ashley saved it with his hand, but the television shows he saved it with his head.Now they're saying head to chest and maybe touching his hand. So is it an anatomy lesson now? OMG! That got me laughing bad! Avram Grant *gasps* has a sense of humor!! That's NEWS la ok. GOOOOD news. The way he fights for his players - awesome! Kinda reminded me of Jose Mourinho a.k.a The Special One.

Background info: During the dying minutes of the match against Aston Villa, Villa attacked. Ashley Cole saved the ball at goal line using his head. The ball bounced off his outstretched hands. Referee spotted it as foul, gave Ash a red card and awarded Villa a penalty. Which the rather good looking Gareth Barry scored almost cool-ly. That made the score 4-4.

I think the penalty may indeed be a penalty. But the red card is total rubbish. It's ball to hand what. Not hand to ball. But if it's not handball then the penalty shouldn't be given? Ok, i'm at a rare lost-in-footie-rules mode.
