SFQ: Oh. Ok.

Why must TOs speak so freaking fast?? I don't get it. I just don't. Ok, maybe theres a long line of people waiting to be served. But still, wouldn't it save more time to speak in normal speed than to speak 10words/second, only to have relatively slow people like me to ask you to repeat what you said more than twice?
